Our Trustees

Glen Lambert is the former Mayor of Henley-on-Thames and founder of Bluebells Day Centre. He has been an elected Town Councillor for Henley since May 2017 and is a highly experienced software developer, with excellent team leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities and a broad and deep knowledge of web technology and IT systems. Glen’s leadership abilities have helped to facilitate his career progression. Glen is Chairman of our Charity and resides in Henley-on-Thames.

Rob Lazzaro has over 25 years’ experience in the Life Sciences and Executive Search Consulting industries. He has built relationships with leading multi-national, small, and mid-size public and private companies, around the world. Rob possesses a deep familiarity with major international markets and has successfully placed candidates in key leadership positions throughout Europe, North America and Asia. A recognised authority in talent acquisition, Rob is a frequent conference speaker and lecturer, internationally. He has served on boards in the UK and in the USA, and is a Corporate Governance advisor at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Rob resides in Henley-on-Thames.

David Skinner has over 25 years’ experience in leadership development and executive coaching. He has worked with globally-branded client organisations in 50 countries – throughout Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, North and South America, as well as, South East Asia. David is currently Director of Leadership Systems Limited, where he provides coaching, facilitation and process design services for leaders, functional specialists, and their teams. David has recently been invited to author content for an internationally distinguished academic work on coaching relationships. He resides in the Chilterns near High Wycombe.

Kim Wedderburn is Associate General Counsel, Europe, for Veeva Systems, a U.S. headquartered cloud-computing company focused on pharmaceutical and life sciences industry applications. As a qualified barrister, Kim initially practiced in the criminal sector before moving over to industry. She has been working as an in-house counsel within the software industry for over 20 years, dealing with a breadth of legal issues associated with the inner workings of a company. Kim is also a Trustee of Smart Works Reading, a UK Charity providing clothing styling advice and interview coaching to Thames Valley women that have secured a job interview for a paid position or a year-long apprenticeship. Kim resides in Henley-on-Thames.

Glyn Millington is the Minister of Christ Church Henley, at 46 Reading Road in Henley-on-Thames. Prior to joining Christ Church Henley, Glyn served in Suffolk, Essex, and Devon. Glyn had been instrumental as one of the key organisers of the “Memory Cafe,” a group providing support for dementia sufferers and their carers’ at The Christ Church Centre. Glyn has been appointed as Secretary of our new Charity. He resides in Henley-on-Thames.

Hannah Leamy is a Chartered Certified Accountant with many years’ experience advising businesses on development and helping businesses, charities and individuals with tax and accounting matters. She is Head of Finance for Coppid Farming Enterprises LLP and also runs her own accounting practice. Hannah is experienced in preparing UK charity accounts and advising charities on financial and governance matters. She is currently an Independent Examiner for Wallingford PCC. On a personal level, Hannah has had several family members who suffered with dementia and retains a keen interest in ways to improve the wellbeing of those with the disease. Hannah spends her time between Wallingford and Henley-on-Thames.
